This presentation is an inside look at Brittco and how it can streamline internal county board processes. It will demonstrate the many uses of the system and how their existing features can create consistencies, rule compliance, and process efficiencies. There will be further discussion about how to set yourself up for success when implementing new processes within Brittco and the benefits of using it across departments.

LaTisha (Tish) is a services & supports supervisor in Fairfield Countyand was born and raised in Lancaster. After finishing her bachelor’sdegree from Bowling Green State University, she returned to Lancasterand began her career with Fairfield DD. She started as a job coachbefore moving on to be an ISC and eventually a Services & SupportsSupervisor. She has held that role for 10yrs later this year. Outside ofwork she’s currently wrapping up her master’s of public administrationfrom Ohio University while also receiving an honorary doctorate indinosaurs from her 4yr old son.
